Warranty Policy
The warranty period is three (3) years from the date of the purchase invoice and includes, without limitation, the following:
- Free Polishing: One complimentary polishing service every 12 months during the warranty period at any Diamond Sea Jewelry branch, in accordance with the polishing procedures approved by the Company.
- Size Adjustment: One complimentary resizing service for rings, bracelets, and necklaces is available during the first year from the date of purchase, subject to technical feasibility. The customer shall bear the cost of any additional gold or diamonds required for enlarging the item. The Company's decision regarding the feasibility of resizing shall be final and binding.
- Free Periodic Maintenance: Complimentary periodic maintenance is provided for three (3) years from the date of purchase and includes only inspection of the gemstone settings and the polishing service referred to in Clause (1).
- Diamond Resetting: The warranty includes diamond resetting up to a maximum of three (3) times during the warranty period, provided that the weight of the diamond does not exceed 0.03 carats.
- Rhodium Plating: Rhodium replating is not covered under this warranty.
- Warranty Requirements: To receive any warranty service under this policy, the customer must present the jewelry item together with the original purchase invoice.
- Warranty Void: The warranty shall become null and void if the jewelry item has been modified or repaired outside any Diamond Sea Jewelry branch.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover items that have been intentionally damaged, damaged through misuse, or exposed to chemicals. The Company shall have the sole and final authority to determine the cause of the damage.
- Shipping Charges: The Company will cover shipping costs only once during the warranty period, for the customer's first warranty service request, regardless of the type of service requested. For any subsequent warranty service request, the customer shall bear all shipping costs, including shipping the item from the customer's location to the Company and returning it from the Company to the customer. Failure to pay the shipping charges in advance shall constitute sufficient grounds for rejecting any subsequent warranty service request.
- Scope of Warranty: This warranty is limited exclusively to the services expressly stated in this policy and does not cover any services not specifically mentioned herein.
